This book, that is still being written, allows a beginner programmer to learn how to program in the Rust programming language in a step-wise and easy way.
Only a small knowledge of programming is required, preferably in C or C++ language. Let's say that to understand this text it is enough to know what is an integer and what a floating-point number, and to distinguish identifiers from strings literals.
A command-line environment will always be assumed, like a Unix or Linux shell, Mac OS Terminal, or Windows Command Prompt.
