Inside the updated GitBook: ContentGaps, LinkAudit, revamped Analytics, and more

Most docs teams find out about problems the slow way: a support ticket, a confused customer, a broken link someone notices months after the page moved. The features we've shipped recently are built to surface those problems before anyone has to report them.

In this session we'll walk through what's new in GitBook, live. ContentGaps, which shows you the questions people are asking your docs that your docs don't yet answer. LinkAudit, which finds the links that have quietly stopped working across your site. The revamped Analytics, rebuilt to make it clearer where readers land, where they stall, and what they do next. We'll show how each one works in a real site, where they fit into a normal week of maintaining docs, and what changed in the design along the way.

We'll finish with where we think documentation is heading, and what that means for what we build next.
